In couples counselling clients enter a caring and encouraging environment to help them find their own way through any problems they might be experiencing in their relationship. Some people might use those sessions to transform their relationships and their lives; others might find this process helpful in solving specific problems and moving forward with more confidence and less anxiety.

Family therapy can help your family members improve communication and resolve conflicts. Family therapy can help you improve troubled relationships with your partner, children or other family members. You may address specific issues such as marital or financial problems, conflict between parents and children, or the impact of substance abuse or a mental illness on the entire family.

Group therapy is a kind of psychological therapy that takes place with a group of people together rather than with an individual during a one-to-one session.
Having therapy in a group environment can have many benefits as it offers a support network and provides the opportunity to meet others experiencing similar concerns.
Together with the therapist and the other group members you should be encouraged to share your experiences and work on understanding yourself better.

You can speak to me on the phone or we can connect online (real-time chat or video conferencing) to continue with your treatment.
Online/telephone counselling I offer is only being used in conjunction with your regular face-to-face therapy.

In counselling, young people are encouraged to talk through feelings and solve problems. Therapy can help young people deal with issues and events and the effects they are having on their mental wellbeing. Counselling might be recommended for young people who are basically healthy but who are struggling with mental health problems, such as depression, anger, anxiety, relationships, low self-esteem, and self-harm.
